Let me begin by saying that this is the WORST counseling organization EVER! Let me explain. Five years ago our son had visited with a therapist on several occasions, and during their last session, she explained to my wife that it might be a good idea if our son met with a psychiatrist. During the one and only session our son had with the psychiatrist, he was deemed clinically depressed and it was recommended that he should be taking medication for his depression and anxiety. Since that meeting with the psychiatrist, it has taken my wife and I several years to talk our son back into therapy. Needless to say, we were so encouraged when he finally agreed to speak with Paul. Fast forward to their scheduled meeting today, and it couldn't have gone worse for an individual that is clinically depressed and suffers in constant fear from his anxiety. It all started when he showed up for the meeting at the address provided to us. Upon arrival, he explained that he was there for a meeting with Paul, and the only response he received from the staff at that address was, "Paul doesn't work out of this office." And when they didn't offer any assistance as to where Paul was located, our son became engulfed with anxiety and didn't know what to do next. Our son left the facility, called his mother and explained the situation. Needless to say, my wife was very upset with the disregard he received in that office. My wife explained to him to call the number provided by Paul, and he explained that he did that before reaching out to her, but there was no answer ---- which deepened his emotional stress. She explained to him that Paul was likely in a session with another patient, and that he should call the number again about 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. In the meantime she worked frantically to find a solution so that our son wouldn't give up. Our son did call Paul's number five minutes before their scheduled appointment and Paul answered. When our son explained what had happened, Paul told him that he was located just around the corner --- which is what the staff should have done in the first place since it is after all Paul's business! At one point during their conversation, Paul spoke very loudly (taken by our son as yelling). And as you might imagine, our son became even more riddled with anxiety. After his conversation with Paul, Paul's wife immediately called our son to apologize for the inconvenience he had experienced --- Paul never took the time to apologize. She went on to express to our son that she would be more than happy to meet with him, but as you might imagine, our son is not going back.

I finally found a counselor to talk to who really listens and doesn’t judge. Kathy makes me feel like I’m a person who is worthy of helping with my issues. I highly recommend her if you are looking for help and overwhelmed with where to go! Easy scheduling and relaxing atmosphere! Please check out Google for hundreds of more reviews! Doing a Google search and reading all of the positive reviews was how I found Kathy and chose to see her!

Nate is insightful and patient. He seems empathetic and kind, yet clear and firm. He takes time to listen to what’s going on in your life and then helps you navigate those things one at a time. He allows me to open up and be myself without feeling judged. I look forward to continuing to work with him

I've had 5 sessions with Kathy to work on anger and stress issues and I'm already noticing a big difference in how I respond to things that usually set me off. Kathy listens while I just "unload" and she offers useful advice on how to recognize what feelings are behind the anger and how to communicate those feelings instead. She's very patient and kind. I feel I am making progress and my family has noticed the difference.
