The counselors at Rainwater Counseling are in network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross- Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum EAP and some other insurances.
Using insurance will usually cost a copay of $10 to $40. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out what your plan details are and if behavioral health is subject to your deductible. The session fee is $136 for 55 minutes for individual therapy. For couples/families one of the people are designated as the "identified patient". The other person is the guest.
Rainwater Counseling office will bill your insurance, however if insurance coverage is not clear, it will be the client's responsibility to pay the full $136 at time of service. Then if just a copay is required we will reimburse what you paid over the copay. You can alternatively leave it on your balance to cover future copays. We will help you find out what your insurance company will cover or you can call the number on the back of your insurance card. We are "in network" for Blue Cross. Sometimes mental/behavioral therapy is not subject to your deductible.
For your payment we take cash or check, or use Cash App or Venmo at the day of your visit. HSA cards accepted using the Ivypay app. Zelle is another option.
Letters have a separate fee from $10-70. Our fax number is 888.972.5424
FMLA, WPA and ADA forms are $70.
Short term forms start at $70. Updates and return to Work forms vary from $10-70. At my discretion the payments may be split in 2-3 payments.
